Steven holds certifications in penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, eddy current, and ultrasound, and is an ASNT Level III in radiographic testing—a designation that reflects his expert-level competency and leadership in the field.

Throughout his career, Steven has been committed not only to delivering exceptional
inspection services but also to developing talent within the industry. He has played a key
role in training and mentoring new technicians, supporting the next generation of NDT professionals with practical knowledge and high standards.
